Terms & Conditions

“We”, “Us” and “Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd” means snazzyangelsboutique.com which is fully owned and operated by Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd and “You” means you the customer.

“Products” means goods sold by Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd on this web site.
“Price” means the price at which the Products are sold on this web site.
“Order” means an order for Products on this web site.
“Recommended Retail Price” means a price for the Products for comparison purposes, as determined by clause 14 of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Australian Consumer Law contained within Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law), constitute the entire Contract between Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

1. Application and Account Details

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password for restricting access to your computer. And you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use nextdirect.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. 

2. Mailing List

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. Also will be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. If you do not want your name and mailing list made available or no longer choose to receive a Next catalogue or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please email us at snazzyangels@gmail.com

3.     Delivery

Please check your delivery details carefully and confirmed at checkout. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic we are limited with flight options and facing huge increased costs to get your Next parcels delivered to you; therefore, we need to charge a $10 delivery charge on all orders for now. We will continue to review this and get back to normal as soon as possible Thanks for your understanding!

4.     Vouchers

Each Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher is personal to the User receiving it, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher has an expiry date which cannot be modified.
The use of the Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher requires the total value of the order (excluding shipping and handling costs) to be higher than the monetary value of the discount given by the Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher. Some Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd discount Voucher may have to specify minimum spending. In this case, the monetary value of the order (excluding delivery costs) has to be higher than the minimum spends.
Under no circumstances, the Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher cannot be used, and no replacement will be issued. If that Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher is defective or out of date. 
 When placed the order by using a discount Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Voucher and it contains many items, the value of the discount is spread evenly over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. For any refund items, will be deducted the value of the discount voucher attached on it.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these guidelines. And the methods through which benefits are earned. 
We reserve the right to disqualify you at any time from participation in our Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Referral Program and remove any existing Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd Vouchers from your account.

5. Offer Order Codes

Free delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
 6. Returns
For return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method. The Return Form must be filled out with all the information required on the form and attached with your return items. Return postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded.

7. Customs Fees for Non-EU Countries

You will be responsible for ensuring that any products that you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Our terms of sale to our customers in Australia are DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. From 1st July 2018, all global orders are subject to 10% GST. Next will not be increasing the price charged to our customers and will be absorbing this increased taxation.

9. Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
 10. Prices
Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to list Products with the most competitive prices. Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Snazzy Angels Pty Ltd web site at any time. 
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Because of the circumstances beyond our control prices. Many prices have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value-added tax. All prices shown are cash prices in Australian Dollar (AUD). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
 11. Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

12. Supply

We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.
 13. Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

14. Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted by English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
